With over 25 years of architectural practice, Phyllis brings invaluable experience to the firm. She believes that project investigation is a significant and exciting part of the architectural process. She is interested in the relationship between architecture and the environment and the use of environmental elements to enhance design and increase energy efficiency.

Eric approaches design as a dynamic interplay between site investigation, interdisciplinary research, client involvement, and the studio team. He is actively involved in the AIA Baltimore and several volunteer community enhancement programs.
